Isaiah Adona - Staff Liasion
Washington State University, ‘12
Isaiah supports Phi Kappa Theta’s strategies in advancing active collegiate and alumni engagement with the Fraternity.
As Director of Member Experience, Isaiah does the following:
- Develops Lifelong Member Experience Programs
- Designs and Maintains Online Learning Community
- Directs and Produces Storytelling Initiatives
Previously, he assisted in recolonization efforts at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, IA as Chapter Development Coordinator. He was also the Fraternity House Director for San Diego State's Phi Iota chapter.
As an undergraduate he was the western province representative and vice-chair for the undergraduate advisory committee serving on the board of trustees from 2011 to 2013.
Temple University, ‘13
Previous to his current role as a national collegiate football scout, brother Brendon Albert served as Phi Kappa Theta's Director of Membership Education. In his time on staff, Brendon was tasked with chapter Quo Vadis, Phi Kappa Theta's Achieve program and Regional Leadership Conferences. This year Brendon will serve as a facilitator and will mark 8th RLC. As a collegiate Brother, Brendon severed as a successful recruitment chair as well as in three different executive board positions while helping recharter the Pennsylvania Iota chapter at Temple University.
Brendon's desire to mentor extends beyond the Fraternity and onto the football field as a coach. During the spring of the IMG Academy's (Athletic & Sports Performance Training) inaugural high school football season, Brendon worked under former Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Chris Weinke. While with IMG Academy, Brendon worked with the 2013 NFL combine class, training more than 60 current NFL athletes preparing for the NFL. Brendon served as Defensive Backs Coach at Carmel High School in Indiana, with Carmel ranking Top 50 in the country both seasons.
Brendon now reside in Henderson Nevada serving as National Collegiate Football Scout for NCSA (Next College Student Athlete) while also coaching the defensive backs at Coronado High School.
University of Texas-Austin Texas, '78
Adrian Gonzalez graduated with a Bachelor of Science in History and Spanish and later went on to obtain a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. He also has doctoral hours towards an EdD in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. Adrian currently serves as a Dermatology Specialty Representative for Valeant Pharmaceuticals of North America. His career in pharmaceutical sales spans over twenty-eight years. He is a member of the Grand Chapter having worked for the Fraternity as a chapter consultant from 1979 through 1981. He has held posts such as District Governor, PKT Properties President, Alumni President of Texas Alpha Pi, Southern Province President, has been a member of several Fraternity committees. Adrian has also served on committees for the Texas Exes Alumni Association at the University of Texas at Austin and Texas State University Alumni Association in San Marcos. Adrian has past involvement with Knights of Columbus and enjoys Sunday mass choir at his parish, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
University of Wisconsin, '16
Michael Hess graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. During his time at Madison, he helped colonize and charter the Wisconsin - Lambda chapter. He and his band of brothers worked hard in order to charter within 8 months of colonization. He served as the president of the interest group, colony, and chapter until the semester before his graduation. During his tenure he saw what started as an idea between himself and another brother turn into a thriving brotherhood reaching 43 members after only two years. In 2015, their first official year as a chapter, Michael was awarded the “Most Outstanding Chapter President” by the Greek Community, while his chapter took home an additional four awards at the All Greek Awards.
In addition to his service to our chapter on a local level, Michael has also chaired a national committee in order to develop the Brother Chapter Program, which has been designed to foster a working relationship between a developed chapter and a developing chapter. Along with this, he has acted as a personal mentor to other colonies in their quest for chapter status.
Michael resides in San Diego, CA where he works as a field engineer for Hensel Phelps. He is currently working on a seven-story addition to an existing hospital in Chula Vista, CA. In his free time, you might find him leading a Bible study at St. Brigid’s Catholic Church, surfing in Pacific Beach, hiking mountains, playing beach volleyball or on a plane to a new adventure somewhere in the world.

Western Illinois University, '83
Kevin Lampe graduated from Western Illinois University. He is recognized internationally as a political strategist, crisis manager and media relations expert. Kevin and his wife, Kitty Kurth are partners in Kurth Lampe Worldwide, a strategic communicationsrms with clients across the United States, Europe and Africa. Beginning in 1996, Kevin joined the Podium Operations team at the Democratic National Convention. They are responsible for the training and logistics for all speakers. In 2004, Kevin helped then-State Senator Barack Obama prepare for his keynote address at the convention in Boston. Kevin served as his undergraduate chapter’s president, ritualist, recruitment and chapter installation chair. He began his service to the National Fraternity on the Undergraduate Advisory Council (UGAC) in 1980. First elected to the Fraternity Board in 1999, he served as National President from 2009 to 20011. He currently serves as a trustee on the Foundation Board. Kevin and Kitty reside in Chicago, IL and Burlington, WI.
