Carter Black
University of Georgia, ‘13

Former UGAC Chairman from 2011 to 2013, Carter Black joined Phi Kappa Theta in the spring of 2009 at the University of Georgia. Serving as VP of Risk Management and later as President at the chapter level, Carter developed a strong sense of pride in our fraternity, seeking to better it wherever he could. After graduation, Carter continued to serve in unofficial capacities with the chapter until the formation of an official Board of Mentors in the summer of 2015. As the President’s Mentor, his board works with the local chapter’s Foundation Board to guide the chapter in all five pillars of development. Carter works at the leading network of regulated exchanges and clearinghouses for financial and commodity markets: Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) as a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. When not working professionally or for the brotherhood, Carter enjoys taking dance classes at a nearby dance studio in Atlanta or visiting the park with his dog, Ahri.

Ben DeLost - Staff Liasion

Ben DeLost was initiated into Phi Kappa Theta while attending Eastern Illinois University in the fall of 2005 were he served as Chapter President. Since 2005 he has served in a number of National roles such as the Great Lakes Province Representative to the UGAC, UGAC Vice Chairman, National Board of Trustees, as well as representing Phi Kappa Theta with the North American Interfraternity Conferences Congressional Hill Visits. Ben has used his experience in sales and management most recently as an independent sales contractor for Stephen Gould Corporation in St. Louis Missouri. Beyond that, Ben is an avid Oregon Duck fan and a St. Louis Cardinals enthusiast.


Matt Rosentreter

Matt Rosentreter attended Kansas State University, where he was proudly initiated into the Phi Kappa Theta brotherhood in 2005. At K-State, he served the fraternity in several roles, including Recruitment Chair, House Manager and Vice President. Matt also served as the Mid-West Province Representative to the Phi Kappa Theta UGAC, and served on K-State’s Interfraternity Council. Matt graduated with degrees in Marketing and Human Resources, and now works at Burns & McDonnell Engineering as a College Recruiter. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, traveling and attending sporting events.
